I serve at the pleasure of the 20th Sovereign Grand Commander, the Honorable Melvin J. Bazemore 33° whose mission is “United in Service and Commitment through Action Accountability and Sustainable Results: Ensuring the Future by Enhancing the Scottish Experience.”
The theme and mission for the Orient of Europe is “Building Tomorrow… Today”. The mission of the Orient of Europe is “Expect nothing less than Success: Preparing for the Future of Scottish Rite Masonry Through Inclusion, Transparency, and Leadership.”

31st Annual COD Session
The 31st Annual Session of the Europe Council of Deliberation (E-COD) will convene on Sunday and Monday, September 1st and 2nd 2024, at a location To Be Determined. An invitation to receive the Sovereign Grand Commander, the Honorable Dr. Melvin J. Bazemore 33°, and his entourage at our Annual Session has been extended.
